日本最大进口车经销商谈为什么卖比亚迪：他们的电动车卖到了全球销量第一_我的网站

一 |     8月25日消息，据日经中文网报道，日本大型进口车经销商YANASE（梁濑）今年7月开始销售比亚迪汽车，旗下首家比亚迪正规经销店“BYD AUTO 横滨南”于7月11日开业，这是日本主流进口车商首次把中国品牌纳入自己的销售体系。     YANASE社长森田考则近日接受专访，阐述了这家百年豪车经销商决定销售比亚迪的背后逻辑。    据介绍，YANASE创立于1915年，是日本最大的进口车经销商，长期以奔驰、宝马、奥迪等欧洲高档车为主营，骨子里带着“血统论”色彩，从未经销过日本本土车，更别提中国品牌。

He said,  “Men always talk about courage, grit and strength. But women demonstrate all those when they become mothers. I saw her go through hormonal and physical changes during pregnancy, and then become the superhero that she is today." He went on to add, "Now she’s being a true superhero taking care of Saraayah. She became the first Indian actress to attend the Met Gala while expecting a baby. She donned custom couture by designer Gaurav Gupta, titled “Bravehearts”.      She was last seen in War 2 and was joined by Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. She is gearing up for Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown Ups, a Kannada-English bilingual film set to release in 2026. This action film will see her star opposite Yash. 三 |     森田透露，2022年前后比亚迪方面曾联系过YANASE，但因存在各种不稳定因素搁置了合作。

四 | 他本人曾在伊藤忠商事负责欧洲业务，亲眼见证了EV普及，一直认为日本必将不可逆地迎来EV时代。

五 | 要学习如何把经验运用到EV领域，全球纯电销量第一的比亚迪是最理想的合作伙伴。     启动合作的另一个关键因素是理念契合，森田表示YANASE重视与客户的面对面销售和服务，希望顾客进店后能停留更久，而比亚迪日本法人社长东福寺厚树同样强调面对面服务，两家公司的做事方式对上了，起步自然顺畅。    谈到优势，森田相当自信，称YANASE已在奔驰、宝马、奥迪的销售店里卖EV，自认是推广进口电动车的先行者。

六 |     让客户满意并完成首购，通过售后关怀促成再次购买，打造这一循环正是YANASE的看家本领。至于扩张，他的态度很克制，先把第一家店的循环跑通，等客户主动说出希望多开门店时再认真考虑。

七 |     数据显示，2025年比亚迪以226万辆纯电销量正式登顶全球第一，在日本市场，比亚迪2025年销量为3742辆，2026年上半年达2388辆，同比增长40%，正处于快速增长期。     此外，7月28日专为日本开发的纯电K-Car海獭上市后订单迅速破千，要知道比亚迪车型在日本可获得的单车补贴仅约15万日元，远低于使用本土供应链的丰田等品牌的约130万日元。

八 | 就是在这种不利的行业背景之下，比亚迪依然上演了逆势陡增，产品竞争力可见一斑。
